We will always have time for your questions. I meet you at your current understanding and provide the tools and clear explanations to help you progress in your practice.

You create the space for deeper connection to your self and the world around you. The result will be a fulfilling, life-long, and contemplative yoga and meditation practice.

What can I expect?

Every person who I work with is unique and benefits from an individual approach.

Depending on who you are and how you think, I draw from lessons across movement science, physiotherapy, neuroscience, as well as Eastern and Western psychology and philosophy to guide you.

I will meet you as you are. Our lessons are a calm, non-judgmental space where you will be supported in your self-development.

  • First, we’ll consult on the phone to make sure we're the right fit.
  • Next, we will have an introductory session. We'll assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga and meditation practice.
  • From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with sessions that are tailored to your body and your life.

Finding a teacher you feel comfortable with is important

Our initial session is an opportunity for us to meet and explore whether working together might be helpful to you. There is no commitment to ongoing sessions.

If you decide you would like to continue, we will agree on a regular day and time to meet on an ongoing basis.

Regular sessions are 60 minutes long and are charged at £60 per session.

We can meet at your home, online, outdoors, or we may rent a space to work in at additional cost.

Rates may vary depending on travel requirements, or if you commit to a number of sessions.
